The driver for change was his family and the desire to be more present to his own health and the wellbeing of his wife and kids.

This is one of the reasons we get itchy feet. We see an alternative way of combining our experiences that would enable us to do something for a living that was just not possible a decade or two ago but we’re stuck in the more conventional path that was the norm when we were first planning our adult career.
